From Environment to Body: How Microplastics Are Infiltrating Kids' Health (and How We Can Test for It)
with Deniece Krebs, CHC
Over 350 million metric tons of plastic waste are produced globally each year. As this waste breaks down, microscopic plastic particles known as microplastics begin to infiltrate our environment, our food, and ultimately, our bodies.
Microplastic exposure is linked to a growing list of serious health concerns including cancer, asthma, chronic fatigue, metabolic disorders, organ dysfunction, and reproductive issues. While tools exist to test for microplastics in drinking water and detect their expulsion through the urine, until now there has been no reliable way to assess the microplastic load persisting inside the body.
In this new detoxification webinar we are joined by Deniece Krebs, Vice President of Operations with VirtualClinic.MD to discuss PlasticTox, the first test of its kind that allows clinicians to detect microplastics in the bloodstream, giving you a powerful tool to support early intervention and initiate informed, personalized strategies to reduce exposure.

About the Speaker
Vice President of Operations with Virtual Clinic, Deniece Krebs brings nearly a decade of functional health coaching perspective to the operations and growth of Virtual Clinic and their Clinicians. Prior to her own family's health challenges which led her to pursue more nutrition, lifestyle, and genetic certifications for optimal health and abundant living, she enjoyed project management and leadership development in the business and nonprofit sectors. Today, leading Virtual Clinic's growth both as a business and as a support for growing individual practitioners' practices allows her to beautifully marry the full component of her toolbox and skillsets. Her passion is seeing individuals thrive both personally and professionally, living their GOD-created purpose and empowering ownership. She often quotes Maya Angelou, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better," and loves implementing this philosophy with all of her opportunities.
