Blood Sugar Regulation
Erin Livers, BA, ICNT
Blood sugar is often the first area to be addressed by functional medicine practitioners, because without it our clients remain in metabolic chaos. With only 12% of Americans considered metabolically healthy, even those clients who maintain normal lipid panels and a healthy weight are often not eating regular, balanced meals or have an optimal HbA1c.
In this webinar Erin Livers, Nutrition Therapist and founder of Revitalize Digestion™ Anti-Inflammatory Diet & Gut Healing Program, presents a comprehensive nutritional approach to metabolic health. We also address the hormonal challenges, digestive impacts, and surprising clinical considerations that can help ensure clients and patients resolve their blood sugar challenges.
