Taking the Guesswork Out of Testing for Food Sensitivities
Jan Patenaude, RDN, CLT
Food and food-chemical sensitivities are one of the most dangerously overlooked areas of conventional medicine. Typical food sensitivity tests can be inconclusive and even misleading, as reactions are often delayed by a few hours or longer after eating.
Join us as Certified LEAP Therapist Jan Patenaude, RDN, CLT, shows how Mediator Release Testing can take the guesswork out of food sensitivity testing. Plus learn the role of diet-induced inflammation in IBS, Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, GERD, Obesity, Metabolic Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, Autism, and more of the conditions you see in your clinic.

About Mediator Release Testing:
Oxford Biomedical Technologies, Inc., is a Federally and State of Florida licensed medical reference laboratory. Since the introduction of their patented Mediator Release Test (MRT®) and proprietary LEAP anti-inflammatory eating plans, Oxford has performed over 4.5 million MRT® assays, helping improve the lives of tens of thousands of patients suffering the negative effects of diet-induced inflammation. One of the most important differences between Oxford and other food sensitivity labs is their LEAP certification program. MRT® is the only sensitivity blood test in the entire world that quantifies the degree of the inflammatory response in sensitivity pathways. That means in addition to identifying the foods with the highest degree of reaction, more importantly, MRT® is able to identify the foods that have the lowest degree of reaction in sensitivity pathways.
